Rooms were clean quickly everyday. They give complimentary waters, 2 a day. Monday-Friday they have a happy hour where you get free drinks and snacks. The breakfast was delicious featuring local dishes as well as a standard breakfast selection.
Love this place every time we come through here we stay the room is cozy and the staff are very polite and the breakfast is wonderful if they don’t have what you want they will see if they can make it
The service in the hotel was amazing, when we enter in the pool it was wonderful I'd really like it, the jacuzzi and the billar table was my favorite activities. The service was successfully flexible and furthermore of that I'd really like the rooms.
The staff is very friendly and while the hotel is not new, it is very clean and safe. Denny's is a great breakfast option if you have the time and the hotel is not too far from a Smokehouse or Red Texas. Great low cost alternative to District 1 hotels.
Bed and pillows were good, the AC works great (I sleep cold) and the room was sufficiently clean. I travel for work so I need a decent bed and workable pillow (had two thickness choices). Also, what really helped is that they had an option for hard wired network access which was great. I was able to use my travel router directly plugged into the wall and had great speed. My room was really quiet but then I was toward the back in a corner. The food, while fairly typical fare, was good. It's amazing how some hotels can't even seem to pull off making decent scrambled eggs. Theirs were pretty good, along with bacon, some peppers with ground beef, fruit and most of the other standards. As long as they keep it up, it's pretty good.
We had unexpected delays I called the hotel to update them on our check in time was going to be late in the evening. The location is good because it was closed to the family. We were in room 186. The room was good, and clean. The pool area is big and well taken care of. We did not go in since we visited in November. I've stayed at other hotels with high star reviews that had bedbugs, pool was small and breakfast was alright. Anyway the breakfast here was AMAZING DELICIOUS! I must say the lobby washroom is incredibly big and clean. I loved it! I regret not taking pictures of the washroom. And lastly I like to apologize to the cleaning staff my husband forgot to leave our gratitude. We do visit often so we will definitely be booking again for this location. Thank you!
Had me waiting a little to check in the morning, arrived at 6:45 AM. The rooms are well cleaned and the beds are very comfortable.
The last stay in Holiday Inn Express Chihuahua was one of my best experience the last months. The friendliness of the stuff and the what-do-you-need attitude when they saw you was amazing and I loved it. The social events in the evening with drinks and good food was more than I expected and still on Fridays. I relaxed the days I stood there and felt like be at home. The experience was amazing, resting perfect for recharging energy.
